In her most recent role as Vice President of Operations for Santa Cruz Co., Lauren Carrollprovided leadership and development for the diverse luxury hospitality group. She is a partner in Uchū Hospitality, an international restaurant group including Sushi on Jones, a trendy Omakase concept, and previously Uchū and Bar Uchū, which were awarded two Michelin and one Michelin star restaurants in Manhattan.
Previously, she held management and concept development positions with Howard Hughes Corporation as part of the revitalization of the New York Seaport District, management of Tavern on the Green, and global roles with LDV Hospitality, Thompson Hotels, Tao Strategic Group, Starr Restaurants and Bubba Gump Shrimp Company.
